After receiving your products, you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return the products. To do this, download and print the withdrawal form online. If you have indicated that you wish to return the products, they must be demonstrably returned to losyana.nl within 14 days.

Returned products can only be accepted for return unworn and in undamaged condition (any seal intact). If you have damaged products, we can charge you for this.

The voucher with the purchase amount will be sent to you by email as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after cancellation. This voucher is then valid for 1 year.
